This hydrangea was selected for its very compact port and its diameter of 120 cm x 120 cm. In June, the shrub is covered with flat-headed inflorescences, borne by solid stems that do not bend under the weight of the flowers: the flowering occurs on wood of 2 years. The sterile flowers are very large, ultramarine in acidic to mauve soil in basic soil, and surround fertile flowers with large stamens, of the same color.
